We have partnered with a socially aware company for the manufacturing of our tee's. Almost the entire manufacturing process takes place in America (designing, dyeing, cutting, printing). The tee's are assembled either within the U.S. or Central America.
We use the DTG method for most of our t-shirts. That's because it yields quality prints. DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is like using a regular printer, but on t-shirts. Designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorbed into the fabric.
DTG inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and soluble in water. They're free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).
All production is 100% sweatshop-free and Platinum W.R.A.P. Certified.
Our manufacturer also focuses on energy reduction, water reduction and waste reduction within the manufacturing process, to meet eco-friendly guidelines.
